I like the color on you. It's a cute outfit, my only improvement would be to have the skirt come up just a little above your knees. Then it would be perfect.

The neck;ace does not go with the outfit, which would be perfect if the skirt was a bit shorter. For accessory, put barrettes or a headband on (maybe purple or with feathers) and swap to a light gold or silver chain necklace.

I'd bring the hemline up a bit, and wear a wedge/heel - not flats. Also, try a top that has a deeper V-neck and shows more skin. When you have a larger bust, it is always more slimming to open up that area. Carigan is very cute though. :)

make the skirt a bit higher, to make your legs look longer. And add a pretty wide belt that will highlight your natural waist

skirt's too long, it should be above your knees. when paired with a long sweater it makes you look like a librarian
